The hub is designed to consolidate products from various enterprises, so as to enhance the load factor in the last mile delivery process. Main purpose, is the reduction of freight vehicle trips within the city. Through this hub, Oslo’s objective is to develop a sustainable business model which does not rely on subsidies but builds strong collaborations among all relevant in the value chain stakeholders.
