To support wider replication and uptake, the project designs a cascade cities programme which provides peer learning and selected capacity building opportunities for cascade cities.
The selected six urban nodes collaborate with the other urban nodes on the Scan-Med corridor through the Scan-Med Observatory.
The Project’s secondary target group includes the cascade cities Bilbao, Murcia, Sofia, Stockholm, Thessaloniki, Toulouse, and all other urban nodes in Europe (through the Urban Nodes Forum) in order to maximise the uptake and impact of solutions.
MOVE21 sets-up a comprehensive learning program for local authorities to bridge the pre-identified knowledge gap and thus eases the transferability of successful MOVE21 measures to other cities in Europe and beyond.
