In Nordstan a Micromobility hotel has been created consisting of three solutions:

Front End Hub with a bicycle repair shop and an e-scooter maintenance company.

Back End Hub focusing on B2B services. Including a cargo bike last mile delivery service, Battery swap for e-mopeds used by large fleet owners, a bicycle pool offered to handyman and service providers such as window cleaners, electricians and cleaning companies to use when they conduct their services in the nearby area. The back-end also include, a professional wholesaler  and shared workspace and lunchroom.  facilities.

Continued operation of an existing goods consolidation system, with the aim to develop an upscaled self-sustaining business model together with the two other solutions described above.

Stakeholders involved include service providers, technicians, electricians and micromobility companies as well as citizens of Gothenburg.
